Bvlgari Resort & Mansions Abu Dhabi
Set to open in 2030, the seaside property will be home to 60 Rooms and Suites, 30 Villas and 90 Mansions. Set on a private island, it is accessible via bridge or by boat from the Marina, and provides easy access to Abu Dhabi’s flourishing arts scene and prestigious institutions. Construction and design of the property will be entrusted to Milanese architectural firm ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, while Milanese firm LAND srl will be in charge of creating a visionary landscape. Resonating with Italian artistry and Arabian tradition, and designed as a living canvas, the Resort is surrounded by dunes, gardens and sculpted natural structures.
Those familiar with the world of Bvlgari Hotels and Resorts will recognize signature dining and lifestyle experiences like Il Ristorante – Niko Romito, Japanese dining concept Hōseki, a refined Turkish restaurant, La Spiaggia restaurant, the Bvlgari Bar, and the Yacht Club.
The Resort will also be home to Il Caffè, the Bvlgari Dolci boutique, and curated boutique La Galleria.

As part of the residential component of Bvlgari Resort & Mansions Abu Dhabi, 90 private Mansions redefine the concept of refined island living. Designed with absolute discretion and crafted for those who seek both serenity and splendour, the Mansions range in size from 1,650 to 2,500 sqm, offering expansive interiors and seamless connections to the surrounding landscape.
A number of residences are enhanced with private docks capable of accommodating boats up to 25 metres in length, while others overlook the inner cove of the island.
